The Tempo Tower complex was designed in such a way as to fit adequately into the urban landscape of the existing structural matrix. In complete harmony with the vision of the city, the heights of each tower are defined to contribute to a complete and functional cityscape, which resonates with the speed of urban life.
At the core of the complex is a multifunctional podium on four levels, which serves as a dynamic network of commercial, business, cultural, educational and recreational activities. This fluid space has been carefully designed to connect with the surrounding urban area.
Rising above the podium, the residential towers offer a diverse range of residential experiences, adapted to the needs and preferences of contemporary urban residents.
The concept of the facade of the complex combines the urban and natural environment through three different types of facade kits. The first kit in the curtain wall and brise soleil system reflects urban splendor, the second has the function of a dynamic connection, while the third represents a combination of architectural aesthetics and elements inspired by nature. This trinity creates a coherent and visually rich facade that fits with the diverse elements and views of the environment.
The concept of ground floor landscaping and green terraces and roofs in this residential complex integrates a balance between functionality, aesthetics and sustainability. The ground floor was designed with the aim of providing a pleasant environment for residents and visitors, using a variety of green areas and water features. The green terraces and roofs are planned to be an extension of the residents’ living space, representing green oases that provide privacy and the opportunity for rest and relaxation. This approach to landscaping not only complements the complex aesthetically, but also actively contributes to a better quality of life for residents and the sustainability of the urban environment.
