Residential-commercial building is designed at the corner of Radivoja Koraća and Vojvode Šupljikca streets, with a structure of 3B+Gf+7. The underground levels are designated for vehicle parking and technical facilities, while the ground floor accommodates the main entrance lobby, vertical circulation, and two commercial units. The upper floors, from the first to the seventh, contain a total of 17 residential units.
The architectural design responds to the specificities of the site and the context of the corner block, carefully integrating into the pattern of existing street frontages. The building is conceived as a representative residential-commercial complex of high standard, emphasizing the articulation of the façade and a clearly defined rhythm of openings, both horizontally and vertically.
The façades facing the streets are treated through a balance of solid and void surfaces, featuring a ventilated façade system combining natural stone and composite cladding. The corner zone is accentuated by more dynamic lines and vertical greenery, while the courtyard façades retain a restrained expression with large window openings and occasional planters. The terraces are integrated into the linear articulation of the façades. Aluminum joinery in anthracite grey, along with glass and steel railings, is proposed, while the outdoor HVAC units are planned exclusively on the roof and courtyard façades. The architectural concept is shaped in a manner that, through its simplicity and contemporary expression, enriches the urban context.
