Starting from the principles of representativeness and a high standard of living, the project is conceived as a response to the specific character of the site and its urban planning potential. With the aim of creating an architectural expression that will highlight the building within a refined micro-ambience, the concept was developed to respect both the context and the natural terrain configuration.
The building’s volumetry develops in the form of cascades that follow the slope of the terrain, establishing a harmonious relationship between the interior and exterior, with both visual and functional continuity. With this approach, the architecture does not dominate the space but rather enhances it, becoming an integral part of it.
The apartments are equipped with private pools, located within enclosed and quiet gardens directly in front of the living areas. The pools, measuring 5,50×2,40m, serve as an additional amenity that elevates the level of comfort and quality of living. This design merges privacy, functionality, and the opportunity for daily enjoyment of one’s own outdoor space.
Vertical and horizontal green gardens are integrated into the façade structure as a symbol of harmony between urban life and nature.
They contribute to the microclimate, enhance aesthetics, and improve the quality of living. Terraces with glass railings allow uninterrupted visual connection with the exterior, creating an open, contemporary space for everyday life.
