Description
Through its architectural concept, the newly designed building of combined children’s institution was designed as a free-standing structure, groundfloor + 1 floor. Pedestrian and car access is provided from Nova Street 3.
In terms of the functionally, the facility consists of 13 standard-type accommodation units, together with accompanying technical and other useful premises.
On the construction plot in question, GP1, the building is positioned so to be closer to Nova Street 3, within permitted construction zone, and the building is surrounded by landscaped, cascading, carefully leveled yard, as a green oasis for children, providing them with space to move freely and play and learn safely.
