The architecturally designed residential building in Metohijska Street is designed as an interpolated building, which by its character is oriented on both sides towards Metohijska Street and Nikole Stefanovića Street.
According to the dominant urban function of housing, the building is organized by spatial and program units of the referenced capacity in accordance with the outstanding requirements of the Investor, and in a manner perceived organizationally through 18 independent housing units.
In the design approach to architectural design, the matrix of integration within the urban framework and artistic processing of interpolated facade kits, the representativeness of both the building itself and the contents materialized through the housing stock of heterogeneous functional possibilities is ensured, especially in relation to the prominent functional pretension of their potential consolidation.
The facade panels of the building are designed as dominantly grouped ventilated facade kits of a complementary color.
The presence of diffuse shapes on the facade canvases, which balance the ratio of full, empty or hollowed out, simultaneously ensures, with its surface and diffuseness, both the identity of a special external effect, as well as coordination with the positions of window and balcony openings and the level of insolation of the kit, and all in terms of its functional and design susceptibility.
