Description

The general context of the future newly planned structure, i.e. the newly formed and architecturally shaped whole, is the area of ​​a coastal town with special ambient characteristics that corresponds to the residential complex of a residential character. The building on the plot is positioned in a way that is conditioned by the location of the plot and which is very favorable considering that it requires the building to be longitudinally oriented towards the sea and therefore most of it has favorable views.

The building itself has a diffuse form, which achieves the dynamics and attractiveness of the design corpus, which with its diffuseness participates in the creation of complete uniqueness and connectivity of horizontally and vertically emphasized volumes as parts of a whole.

The building in question is of a residential character and contains a basement-garage level where a garage for two cars, a gym, a sauna, rooms for servants and technical rooms are located.

The concept of the organization of the ground floor parts is defined in two levels, where an open-type kitchen block with a dining area is integrated into the living room, while in the access – lower level, there is a part intended for the stay of guests with a wardrobe and toilets. Opposite the guest area is an economic block with a kitchinette through which the connection to the back yard is established.

In the space in which horizontal and vertical communications are achieved both between the ground level and between the ground floor and the upper floors, tangentially next to the described corridor, there is a work room oriented towards the courtyard part of the building.

The upper floors of the residential building are designed as intimate sleeping blocks with accompanying facilities, a work room and terraces, green areas partially passable for the purpose of their maintenance.
