Description
With the architectural design, the newly designed building of the combined children’s facility is designed as a future free-standing building with number of floor of ground floor+1, oriented towards Nova 3 Street as well as towards the yard of the building, organized by functional units through 13 modularly formed residential units, realized on the above-ground floors.
A special accent is given to the exterior arrangement, the ground floor solution, which is designed in a cascade, with careful leveling of the yard, which ensures unhindered movement and enables children to stay safely in the play and study area. On its longer side, the building is oriented towards the inner courtyard, a green oasis visually connected to the inner spaces for children.
The facade panels of the newly designed building are designed as sequentially grouped facade kits with a final cladding of two technically and technologically different, but visually and superficially, very similar materials in terms of their visual appearance and color, with a rhythmically uniform arrangement and size of open and closed surfaces.
