Description

Within PHASE I, there are structures A and B of “ZMAJ” office complex, two out of a total of five planned objects in entire complex.

According to conceptual solution, newly designed buildings of PHASE I – buildings A and B are designed as future free-standing buildings with Pr+4+Ps flooring, intended for business purposes and organized in such a way that on each floor there is a business space according to “shell and core” principle, with a possibility to be divided into several smaller units if needed.

Underground floors are not planned in any of the buildings within the business complex.

Conceptual solution elaborated in detail for PHASE I – buildings A and B, of the planned commercial complex “KITE” with all accompanying infrastructural, technical and technological capacities and contents that enable its smooth use and functioning, independently from the next phase.

Taking into account specific nature of the location, its immediate environment, infrastructural and suprastructural details, urban, technical, programmatic, functional and design development of the conceptual architectural solution intended for construction of a commercial complex was done.
