The design of the Skadarska business building in an extremely attractive and urbanistically revalued location clearly preserves and additionally affirms the historical ambience of the intersection as a frequent corner that represents the beginning of the urban complex or its clearly defined end, all depending on the position from which the complex is viewed as part of the established urban matrix.
