From the previous analyses, which concern ecological aspects and urban-technological factors that influence the formation of the building, a monolithic and dynamic form of residential-business building emerged, which, according to its functional, design, ecological properties and economic results, represents the best realized parameters, which as a whole contribute to a high quality of life and work in the residential and business building in question.

The newly designed residential and business building, oriented towards Vojvođanska Street, is designed as a free-standing dynamic corpus, made of monolithic forms differentiated by the materialization of the facade fabric.

The facade panels of the building are designed as dominantly grouped ventilated facade kits with a final cladding of composite panels and facade bricks.

The concept of ground floor arrangement is aimed at creating comfort and leisurely use of green areas for both residents and users of business premises. A green, discrete barrier between two urban functions is formed by thoughtful positioning of higher and lower vegetation.

In addition to the greenery on the ground floor, parts of the building itself were also greened, with the introduction of a green pergola and canopy, as well as impassable green roofs above the ground floor.
