The residential building was designed as a free-standing building, where the design, orientation, number of floors and functional organization are the result of a series of required and limited urban planning parameters.
The specificity of the building is reflected in the context of the materialization and shaping of the designed corpus with the ratio of full and empty with skillfully defined proportions.
The building, apparently massive, with its playfulness, created by the horizontal pulling of parts of the corpus, is actually characterized by lightness and transparency, which was achieved by the combination of glass surfaces and facade ceramics.
In terms of design, the building is free-standing, with a ground floor, two floors and a detached floor.
Access to the building was designed from Jevrema Grujića Street with a position intended for the control protocol and reception with a lobby and representative functional and design elements that make up the entrance.
Project designs are in line with modern standards of energy efficiency, enabling optimal use of natural resources and reduction of energy consumption.
