Contact between the old and the modern is a challenge in architecture, because bringing together two buildings that proudly bear the spirit of their time in the very central city core, at the corner of Gospodar Jovanova and Knjeginje Ljubice streets in Dorćol, is not an easy task, especially if conceptual architectural solution includes reconstruction, adaptation and extension of the existing building, which should be preserved and its authenticity highlighted by architecture of new building, with which it creates inseparable bond.
Respecting the context, but also the time in which existing buildings were erected, giving identity to this part of the city, the modern newly designed building that we present to you is our answer to all challenges. It dominates, but it fits perfectly into the existing context, as a corner, two-sided oriented residential building with B + S + Gf + 2 + Rl flooring, organized in 9 carefully designed residential units.
