Description

With the architectural design, the newly designed residential – business building was designed as a double-sided building with 3 basements+basement+ground floor+4+loft, oriented towards Preševska Street, and according to functional units, it is organized as a residential building in a way where the urban housing function is defined through 15 residential units distributed on the basement and above ground floors, while the business function is defined through 1 business space on the ground floor, with all the necessary facilities.

The planned environment determined the starting platform when designing a new building, which would be continued in a linear sequence of already positioned and/or planned buildings in an extremely creative manner, in an adequate way, compositionally and in a regulatory way incorporated.

In a conceptual sense, diversity is defined in the approach to architectural design and artistic treatment of facades, which ensures the representativeness of both the building itself and the contents materialized through an attractive housing and business fund, certainly of a high standard, when it comes to exclusive housing and business in the wider center of the city core.

The facade panels of the newly designed residential and commercial building were designed as dominantly grouped facade kits with a final covering of three technically and technologically different, and visually and superficially, very similar materials in terms of their visual appearance and complementary color, namely contact facades and ventilated facades with finishing of natural stone, with a uniform arrangement and size of window openings.
