Description

Designed as a residential-business building, located in Zemun, it represents a unique architectural expression of an angular, dominant facade cassette entity. It was designed with special attention to modern architectural elements.

It is carefully integrated into the future urban context of this part of the city, harmonized with the existing matrix and represents an architectural response to it. The functional organization of the planned building is made from the residential function on the upper floors, which consists of 277 residential units, and commercial content in the form of 11 commercial spaces, which are located on the ground floor.

This basic idea of ​​architectural forms extends along the entire building, including the facades that form a semi-open inner courtyard that, in correspondence with the ground floor, forms a pleasant ambience for users. The materialization has been carefully selected to support the architectural design – contemporary materials are used that highlight subtle details and architectural refinement, while bringing innovation to the building.
