Description

The exclusive location and its immediate surroundings, together with the design challenges inevitably imposed by the process of adaptation, reconstruction and extension, determined the conceptual architectural design of the building with residential units that, with their structure, functional organization and additional common contents, reach the highest standards of comfortable and modern housing.

As it is a free-standing building, visible from several viewpoints in the immediate environment, the need to provide the residents with exclusivity and maximum privacy created a design solution in which transparent membranes and solid bodies are skilfully combined, which are sufficient and in the right places, following the function and internal organization, they open and close their membranes, which together build a very playful and harmonious composition with different depth formats.

Guided by the principles of representativeness and high standards of applied materials, textures and colors, the design created a valuable connection with the natural environment by interweaving vertical and horizontal lines of greenery.
