A representative high-standard residential and business building was designed with the architectural design, with two pedestrian and one vehicular access, one of which is pedestrian access from Vojislava Ilića Street, while the vehicle and other pedestrian access are provided from Prespanska Street.
The planned residential use of the building with business on the lower floors fits into the existing character of the immediate environment, primarily residential, and then also public, cultural and ecological – the Belgrade Drama Theater, Zvezdara Theater and Zvezdara Forest.
The applied architectural vocabulary emphasizes the form of the corpus, integrated into the raster matrix derived from the referenced ranges and routes of the existing roads, as well as the angular reference position of the building, with the established rhythm of the openings, properly positioned along both street directions while supporting the established disposition of shape segments on the building, both horizontal and vertical.
The architectural design of the planned body of the building applied architectural design formats with emphasized relationships of full and empty in multiplied, reasonable and very skillfully defined proportions and expressed relations that clearly retain and affirm the ambience of the urban corner.
The new physical structure formed in this way, created in layers and through multiple levels of processing, with applied retreats towards the interior, from the regulatory planes, unequivocally emphasizes the compactness of the formed angular shape in space and its essentially reduced form character, which is retained within the spatially defined envelope.
