Description

The newly designed residential-business complex is made of four above-ground blocks and three atriums, whereby through the elements of porosity and diffuseness, a characteristic form with moderate proportions of full and empty in multiplied, reasonable and very skilfully defined proportions and maintained relations that sequentially graduate the design was obtained.

A special feature is the ground floor of the complex, which with its spatial transparency contributes to its own position of importance, through the higher floors, which, with the rhythm of the established relationship between full and empty, make the body of the building more optimal and unburdened, to the detached floors that make the architecturally designed concept easier, more subtle, and certainly unique and compact.

The uneven height and number of floors of the building in certain parts, as well as the playful facades of the plane, contributed to better lighting, sunlight and ventilation of the complex.

From the diffuse form of the complex, three atrium spaces are formed, which enables the creation of three part-level thematic units, of which each unit is specially treated and greened with tall and low plants and has its own special function. The first unit is intended for sports and recreation, the second is the central atrium space that has the function of a linear park and the third is intended for children, as it is equipped with urban furniture for children of different ages to play.

In addition to the greenery on the ground floor, the building itself has been greened, with the introduction of a green roof element. The roof represents a green oasis and contributes to the improvement of the ecological aspect of the housing complex as a whole.
